Return & Refund Period

At Saversground, your satisfaction is our top priority. If an item does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed and undamaged
• Be in their original packaging with all included accessories
• Include proof of purchase (order number)

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at: contact@saversground.com, stating your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the next steps.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. defective, damaged or incorrect item).

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available. If you would like to change a size or model, simply contact us at contact@saversground.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
